This is a nice combination of tours 'Whale Watching' and 'The Blue Lagoon' for those who want to do more in one day.
Whale Watching
We will sail to the home of a unique variety of the Minke whales, Humpbacks, Harbour Porpoises and White-beaked Dolphins, which are all common sights in this tour. The local bird life is also diverse, including birds as the Puffin, Arctic tern, Gannet and many varieties of Gull.
The entrance to the Whale Exhibition Centre is free of charge for Whale Watching passengers.
After the Whale Watching tour has returned to the harbour, a shuttle will drive you back to our office to join the Blue Lagoon tour for the 50 minute ride to the Blue Lagoon where you can enjoy the qualities it has to offer!
Blue Lagoon
The Blue Lagoon is a unique geothermal spa situated in the youngest lava field in west Iceland.
Once there you have many recreational options such as walking in the Blue Lagoon’s spectacular surroundings, bathing in the milky blue-green water, relaxing in a geothermal steam bath or releasing the stress from your shoulders under a Blue Lagoon waterfall.
Departures from the Blue Lagoon back to Reykjavík are every hour on the hour (transfer time to Reykjavík is about 50 minutes).

Important information:
Hotel Transfers can accommodate foldable wheelchairs only within our luggage hold and we do not have lifts for wheelchair access. Any persons in wheelchairs will therefore need to be able to walk to and up the steps of the bus to their own seat within the vehicle by themselves (or with aided assistance of their travel partner). Drivers of our vehicles can only assist with putting a foldable wheelchair within the luggage hold but cannot help carry or aid any passengers.
The Blue Lagoon welcomes guests with special needs or disabilities. It has disabled parking, wheelchair access with elevators and electric door openers as well as adjusted changing rooms. Wheelchair assistants get free entrance. Shower chairs are available upon request. A pool access lift is located at the indoor lagoon area (200kg/440lbs carrying capacity). The deepest part of Blue Lagoon is around 1.60m/5.2ft but most parts of the lagoon are far more shallow. The bottom of the lagoon is naturally uneven and care is needed as well as in the changing rooms where floors can be slippery. Guests with disabilities have full access to the treatments & massage area and can experience a massage while floating in Blue Lagoon.
