"The Land Between" refers to the land bridging Mainland China and the centre of Hong Kong, it also known as the New Territories.

This tour will show you the rural beauty of the New Territories.

In the past the New Territories was the main source of fresh produce and the agricultural centre of Hong Kong. This is no longer the case, as now Mainland China is the main provider of these products and as a result many changes can be seen in the New Territories.

As the New Territories is an enormously diverse suburban area full of contrasts, this tour allows you to discover the blend of traditional customs and modern ideas.

Highlights:

• Yuen Yuen Institute, learn about some of the religions practiced in Hong Kong.
• Tai Mo Shan, Hong Kong’s highest mountain.
• Fanling Walled Village – belonging to one of the five great clans of the New Territories.
• Luk Keng lookout point – see Sha Tau Kok, the boundary town on Mainland China.
• Brides Pool – Waterfall located at the popular Plover Cove Country Park.
• Sam Mun Tsai – see where farmers breed fish in submerged cages (not a fishing village).
• Your last stop will be the Restaurant where you will immerse yourself in a delightful Chinese meal.

Tour Availability: Daily except during Chinese New Year from 31st January and 3rd February.

Meeting Time: From 08.30am - Please be at meeting point at least 15min before departure time.

Pick up times are approximate and subject to change. Client will need to contact resort office at least 24hrs prior to departure to reconfirm.

Finishing Time: approx. 14.30pm

Duration: 6hrs approx

Inclusions: Return transportation from downtown hotels only, Chinese Lunch, English Speaking Guide.

Exclusions: Any other services not mentioned above.

Additional Information: Tour not suitable for passengers with mobility problems/wheelchairs users.
