Treat yourself to an array of cultural and culinary experiences on this full day tour with a traditional Mauritian lunch and appreciate the elegance of Eureka colonial estate.

Start your day with a visit to Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, the oldest in the southern hemisphere. It is home to several varieties of palm trees, spices and other botanical wonders.

A short stopover in Port Louis will give you time to shop around the traditional Mauritian boutiques and famous designer shops at the Caudan Waterfront.

At lunch time, you will be warmly welcomed by a Mauritian family at Escale Creole for a typical culinary experience. Served in a picturesque setting, this meal will offer a true taste of Mauritius using the best local products.

Last but not least, keeping in line with tradition, you will end the day with a visit to a typical colonial house. The main part of the Eureka estate has been turned into a museum. A walk through the elegantly decorated house and veranda, down through the tropical garden will help round off a perfect day.
