Sample dinner at a typical Madeiran restaurant where the main dish is the Espetada (beef on a skewer spiced and grilled over an open fire) and other delicacies of Madeiran cuisine.  

You will travel to the venue by Minibus or Coach in time to enjoy the local cuisine and unlimited wine! 

During dinner, the local atmosphere will be taken up a notch when a folklore group will be dancing and you will even be invited to join them if you wish for these traditional regional dances, so dust off your dancing shoes for a night filled with fun and laughter!   

Tour Information

Tour Availability: This tour operates on Fridays only.

Start: approx. between 19h00/19h30 depending on the number of guests and hotels.

End: approx. at 22h00.

Pick-up if possible from hotel entrance (if the road does not allow the bus/minibus to pass, pick up from the nearest point to the hotel).

Hotels located outside of Funchal and Caniço will have the departure for this tour from the main office.

Clients staying at Quinta do Lorde:

• Approx. €25.00  per taxi  or per excursion

Clients staying at Calheta Beach and Saccharum:

•  Approx. €40.00 / per taxi or per excursion

For clients staying at Quinta do Lorde or outside Funchal and Canico, please note there will be a small supplement (£28 per person) to transfer to Funchal.

The coach driver will be your guide, whereas on a Coach you will get a separate English speaking guide, who will also speak an additional language. For any specific language requests, please contact us.

We recommend you wear comfortable clothing (bring a cardigan) and adequate footwear.

• The agency reserves the right to cancel the excursions if a minimum of 4 people is not reached.
• Transport might be changed depending on the number of participants.
