Swim, hug, play and interact with dolphins on any of our unforgettable experiences!

This brand new facility is one of the best places to swim with dolphins. The dolphinarium has breath taking panoramic views as it is beach front located and is only a 20 minutes drive from either Playa del Carmen or Tulum. The water comes from a natural well which is filtered and recycled by an intricate system which provides the ideal habitat for our dolphins. This dolphinarium is the only one where all dolphins are born under human care.

We have three different experiences, each with the signature dolphin kiss and hand-shake but all offer something a little different in addition. Please see the information below and look at the ticket information for more details.

DOLPHIN ADVENTURE SWIM
This interactive fun filled programme offers a great opportunity of an up-close interaction with our playful dolphins. You will learn about the dolphin’s diet, behaviour and interesting facts, discover how dolphins sing and dance but it also includes the famous dolphin hug, kiss and hand shake! In addition it includes the famous belly ride whereby you hold onto the dolphin’s flippers as he swims backwards.

• You will spend 50 minutes with the dolphins!
• The group will be a maximum of 12 people.
• Children 1-5 years old go free of charge. Please note the below policies:
• Minimum age for participation: 1 year old.
• Children 1-7 years or less than 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 2 paying adults. 2 Paying adults per child.
• Children 8-9 years or more than 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 1 paying adult. 1 Paying adult per child.
• Children 10+ years old or more than 1.40m tall can do the swim on their own.
• Child activities include only a kiss, a hug and a handshake with the Dolphins.

DOLPHIN ROYAL SWIM
The Dolphin Royal Swim program gives you an even greater range of activities to enjoy. You kiss, hug and give a handshake to a dolphin whilst learning about its diet, behaviour and interesting facts. This swim program also includes an exhilarating ride whereby you grab their dorsal fins as they speed through the water, as well as the famous foot-push whereby two dolphins propel you from your feet soles up to the water surface.

• You will spend 60 minutes with the dolphins!  
• The group will be a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience.
• The same child policies as for the Adventure Swim apply.

DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER
Especially designed for all ages -  from 1 years old upwards!
The Encounter programme is the best programme for kids and is filled with safe and fun activities for all ages and the perfect way for children to learn informative and fun facts about dolphins.
It is a great opportunity for you to introduce your children to these beautiful marine mammals.
You will learn about the dolphin’s diet, behaviour and interesting facts, discover how dolphins sing and dance but also includes the famous dolphin hug, kiss and hand shake!

• You will spend 40 minutes with the dolphins!
• The group will be a maximum of 20 people.
• Children 1-5 years old go free of charge. Please note the below policies:
• Minimum age for participation: 1 year old.
• Children 1-7 years or less than 1.20m tall must be accompanied by 1 paying adult. 1 Paying adult per child.
• Children 8+ years old or more than 1.20m tall can do the swim on their own.
• Child activities include only a kiss, a hug and a handshake with the Dolphins.

Inclusions: Roundtrip transportation from designated hotels, 10-15 mins briefing, Dolphin Swim experience, Use of Lockers.

PLEASE NOTE:

• For safety reasons pregnant women cannot participate in any of our aquatic programs. Only in the Encounter program can women with less than 5 month pregnancy participate with another adult as a companion and will need to sign a disclaimer form at the venue.
• People with mobility issues can unfortunately not participate.
• To participate clients must have the ability to understand instructions.
• The itinerary and inclusions of any ticket which features animals is subject to change without notice. We cannot offer any refunds when any such changes are made as these are beyond our control.

The Encounter programme is the best programme for kids and is filled with safe and fun activities for all ages and the perfect way for children to learn informative and fun facts about dolphins.
You will learn about the dolphin’s diet, behaviour and interesting facts, discover how dolphins sing and dance but also includes the famous dolphin hug, kiss and hand shake! 

• Transportation is provided from these hotels only: Dreams Tulum, Pavo Real Beach Resort, Gran Bahía Principe Resorts, Oasis Tulum, Akumal Caribe, Villas Akumal, Akumal Beach Resort, Grand Sirenis, Grand Paladium Resorts, El Dorado Seaside.
• The Grand Sirenis Resort is located at Highway Cancun-Tulum km 256.3 Akumal, Hotel Sirenis entrance, Quintana Roo 77710, Mexico.                                                                   
• Dolphin Encounters take place 4 times daily between 10am and 5pm. We will book you in for any available time slot.
• Please ensure you are at your designated pick up point at least 20mins prior to departure.
• You will spend 40 minutes with the dolphins! Briefing time is 15 minutes.
• The group will be a maximum of 20 people.
• The use of safety vests is required in all water programs.
• You will have use of lockers.
• We recommend you to wear comfortable beachwear, swim suit and to bring a change of clothes, a towel and money for photos, souvenirs and food or beverages.
• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and our marine species!
