Cameras at the ready for this fascinating trip where you’ll marvel at the Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, which also includes the Great Sphinx. Your guide is a qualified Egyptologist who’ll be bursting with information and ready to answer your questions.

• Please note that this tour requires booking at least 1 month before arrival date to Hurghada.
• Due to the actual security procedures, kindly note that customers must be in resort at least 24 hours before pick up time of any tour to Cairo and Luxor and MUST contact the local agent to provide their room number.
• Occasionally actual days of operation are subject to change. If this is the case we will endeavour to book a day as close as possible to your original preferred day. Should this not be acceptable a full refund will be made.
• There is a minimum of two passengers on this trip; For single travellers, please select the single traveller ticket.
• Please note pickups are not included from Tui Magic Life Kalawy hotel. If clients staying at this resort would like transfers, you’ll need to advise that there will be a supplement of £15 per person for return transfers which will need to be paid locally.
• Pick up from hotels within the Madinat Makadi compound, including the Makadi Saraya hotel, is affected by their new security measures. Pick up will be at the main gate of the Madinat Makadi compound and guests will need to arrange with their hotel transfers to the main gate.
• In oder to book flights we must have the full names of all passengers. Please provide us full names as per passports at the time of booking

• Please note that due to increase security measures all tours MUST be pre-confirmed with our local supplier for the transport/guide to be able to collect you from your hotel.
• Our Guides/transport are no longer authorised to reach the hotel reception due to new security measures, so the meeting point will be JUST OUTSIDE the hotel gates .
• Hotel reps will sometimes not be aware of these new measures and will advise you otherwise, please do CONTACT our fully insured and authorised local operator MARHABA TOURS in order to confirm your tour and pick up information.
• Failure to follow the correct procedure will result in no refunds for missed tours.

Tour Information

Tour Availability: Wednesday and Sunday, all year round.

Meeting Time: Please be at meeting point at least 15 mins before departure time.

Departure Time: Departure time for this tour starts at 4.30am.

Meeting Point: Pick up from your hotel or centrally located meeting point. Please note that the following locations are also included for pick up as well as Hurghada itself;

El Gouna, Soma Bay, Makada Bay, Safaga

End Point: The tour will end back at your hotel or centrally located meeting point.

Duration: 18 hours approx. Departure for the airport is approximately 2 hours before takeoff depending on the hotel location. A 1 hour flight to Cairo with half an hour to meet the rep at Cairo airport. Between 10 and 12 hours are spent in Cairo with the guide depending on the flight times on the way back. 1 hour flight back to Hurghada and 30 mins to meet the rep at Hurghada airport before travelling back to the hotels.

Inclusions: Transport to and from resort, lunch, entrance fees at the Egyptian Museum and the Giza Pyramids and English speaking Egyptologist/guide.

Additional Information: It is recommended that you bring a hat, sunglasses and sun cream during summer and money with you for drinks.
